septated cysts

I am 10 years past menopause and just when I found out I had breast cancer, doctors also discovered that I had numerous,  fibroid tumors as well as cysts on my ovaries. I had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed "an iverted uterus measuring 7.4 x 3.4 x 4.9 with three fibroids 2.9 cm, 1.5 and 2.1 cm." The right ovary with a 14 mm septated cyst and the left ovary with two complex cysts at 2.4 and 1.1 cm. My CA125 was 30. Doctors wanted to do an immediate hysterectomy, but had to delay it because of chemo and radiation treatment for the breast cancer. Now they want me to have a gynecological oncologist for the surgery and I am afraid that they already are sure it is ovarian cancer. I have had some symptoms (bloating, feeling of fullness, weight gain in the abdomen, frequent urination etc. but couldn't that be caused by the fibroids? My question is can I avoid a hysterectomy? Is an abdominal one the only kind I should contemplate? What is the liklihood that this is ovarian cancer? Thank you.
