sonogram findings

I was having irregular bleeding over a period over 4 months so I went to my internal med doc who scheduled me for a sonogram. I had a cyst, fibriods and bilateral calcifications, so I had a second one 10 weeks later (my cycles were 22 days).

My latest (3rd) sonogram shows a right ovary twice the size of a left (30x 30x 16mm vs 15x27 x25)   Both ovaries have multiple echogenicities and the right one has the largest echogenicity increasing from 2mmx 1mm to 6.6mmx2.3  within 10 weeks.

My second sonogram did not mention "multiple echogenicities" just 1 or 2 calcified foci in each ovary, one of which had increased in size since the first sonogram which is why I had the last one.  These sizes of my ovaries were measured in volumes on the previous one, left at 7cc and right at 4cc.

My doctor (ob/gyn) said that these "multiple echogenicities" were of no concern and that things were stable, though they didn't compare the 2 reports so I'm not confident on this point(I have the two reports and and comparing them myself).  She said calcifications were not important in ovarian cancer and the other radiologist who read my first 2 reports was not informed.

Are these sonogram results without concern? At a minimum, should I ask for them to be compared?  It seems foolish for them not to be compared since trending seems to be important.  Are multiple echogenicities that appear when not there before of concern.?  I saw the screen and it looked like a picture of the milky way without the milkyness!!

Thank you.
