as much as i would love to join your cyber party tonight,i cant even stand up right now. i am reeeally dizzy. and my two year old is getting on my nerves. my husband took yesterday off of work so i slept in as much as i could, but today , my mom is here to help me and for some reason, i cant rest this way. my mind is constantly on the kid with her schedule. i know i need to rest so i can feel better, but i am just not sleepy, just dizzy so laying down doesnt help and standing up makes it worse. hope it will all be better soon. i cant even type right now. thank you guys . i am sure i will be able to come back soon and type type type away .

Have been told that after effects of  anesthetic can last up to three months so I drank loads and loads and loads of water..Yes I didn't get a full nights sleep getting up every couple of hours to weewee for 10 days.  But i believe that it helped me get rebalanced quickly. Drink lots of H2O
