I am trying to understand your problems. You had a cyst removed from the left ovary? They also removed the fallopian tube on that side? Most cysts are not cancerous, there are some non surgical ways of reducing the size of cysts, if that is what you mean by "medicine" to cure. The pain you are experiencing , is it from the surgery to remove the cyst? That is normal and will just take time. Once a tube is removed it will not develope any more cysts, I think what you might be referring to is a recurring Ovarian cyst. This happens when a cyst is removed from an ovary and the base tissue remains and a cyst can regrow there. I hope I have answered some of your questions, maybe some of the other ladies will step up and help also. I am sorry about your pain, take it easy for a while until you heal.
I am not sure if I am following your questions. There are many reasons why we develop Ovarian Cysts, I am thinking that is what you mean as you talking about a tube being removed, that is usually related to the ovary. Most cysts are not cancerous. Alot of cysts develop when we ovulate. A lot of times they go away. Normally if they remove your ovary/tube you will not develop anymore cysts on that side.
Please let us know if we are not understanding your questions.
