swollen abdomen

i am 46 and have thru breast cancer twice that wound up in a double breast removed.  now i havent had a period in three years and started bleeding and bleed for 52 days, my stomach is swollen so bad cant fit in my clothes and i feel like iam going to start my period everyday,  i cramp my lower backs hurts all the time i have sharp pains that shoot thru my vagina my dr just doesnt seem upset and i am at my wits end

You must be so frustrated and frightened, and your doctor's attitude is deplorable to dismiss your symptoms and concerns.
You must get a second opinion asap because you know your body and there is obviously something wrong.
