symptoms and risks

Hi I'm a 48 year old woman but I'm very concerned about my daughter. She's 15 and has been complaining about lower back pain, cramps, bloating, irregular periods, frequent urination and fatigue for the past few months. At first I passed it off as another complaint to get out of school but now she's really worrying me. This would've never crossed my mind for her but my 18-year old neice was just diagnosed with ovarian cancer and I myself am a breast cancer survivor. I have a pelvic exam with a specialized gynocologist scheduled for her next Tuesday but I'm not sure what to expect. Is it possible for a girl her age to develop ovarian cancer? What are the chances of it? Should I have the dr. run tests for this?
