what's the latest

I've been diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. I'm 41 and consider myself pretty healthy. I'm currently taking chemo and will soon be on my fifth treatment. My question is, what can I expect my future to be like. I know everyone is different and that the outcome can be different for many people. I guess I want to stop hiding from the facts and am ready to know what the latest prognosis is, on women with stage 3 or higher ovarian cancer.
