i have just been diagnosied with little abnormal low grade squamous intraepithalial lesion. what can i do to find out what is goin on what is it caused from an also can it affect me getting preganant

Just Google "squamous intraepithelial lesion" and all sorts of info will pop up....you need to stay on top of this but not get all excited about it.  This is something easily treated and should have no bearing on future pregnancies.  It is very important you commit yourself to follow up treatments and testing.
