Its been 4 months now that she has been on medication ,As my mother is now reporting a severe pain on the right side of the abdomen so we again consulted Doctor he suggested for colonoscopy ,Colonoscopy report says "Passed upto teminal ileum.Evidence of extrinsic compression in ascending colon ,Exramural /serosal growth.Rest of the visualised mucosa is normal ,Suggested a CECT Whole Abdomen scan " that & we have done a fresh diagnosis (CT-scan ,CA125) ,CA125 shows slightly above the normal range (35.8 u/ml Serum Centrine 0.7 u/ml ) CT-scan shows everything normal & almost no ascites fluid but stresses more on that extrinsic compression thing upon consultation with doctor he said it is not a ovarian cancer & also added that she is responding well to the treatment as the fluid is subsciding which is a good sign and fluid was not seen in the recent CT-scan.
But there is a big thickeing happened as found in colonoscopy as well ,Treating Doctor asked us to consult the surgeon who perform Laproscopy ...This thickening is very painful my mother could not sleep whole day & night becuase of this...
What is thickening which has become like a rubber ....Is it the same TB infection or could be something else,Please suggest.
We are crying all days and nights
Can anyone help us give more info ...If you require recent CT-scan results i can post as i do not have now..

DR said TB can mimic Cancer,But Now he is confident after the CA 125 Result,
But i think irrespective of CA 125 results it can happen though the it is in normal range according to some article online.
Consulting DR said if the CA 125 Value is increased by thousands then only it is a matter of worry...
Now What do you suggest ,,How find out whether it is a Cancer or not.
Other thing i wanna ask is ,,,my neighbour suggested to go for a consultation with gynic oncologist and get operation done ..in this operation they will remove both ovaries with other gynic parts to exclude the cancer and future problems...
What do you suggest...
We have consulted surgeon regarding that thicking he said we will wait for one more month and then he will consult gastro surgeon so operate on it.
If this operation happens it is going to be big as ( thickening which has become like a ball + ovaries+ some other gynic parts ) will be removed.
We aren't doctors and don't have experience with Ovarian TB. I do think seeing the gyn/onc is a good idea. My heart goes out to your Mom and hope all goes well.
