pregnancy with ovarian dermoid

hi I am 30yrs old and i got diagnosed with ovarian demoid and it is 3 cm . on CT i m going for another US to confirm it but my question is that i was planning to get pregnent late this year  is it safe to get pregnent with dermoid and if i have to get it removed will i still be able to get pregnent.

Any time a dermoid cyst is found, it is usually best to remove it, since it's possible rupture can cause infection in the pelvic area. What did your doctor suggest? Your fertility shouldn't be affected by the removal of the dermoid cyst; women have had them removed before and gone on to give birth to healthy babies :) Just take care of this dermoid cyst first to avoid surgery during pregnancy.
