1 cm ovarian cyst

Hi
I was told at emergency room I have an ovarian cyst, is causing me heavy bleeding, vomit, constipation.
A sonogram was made and now after 2 weeks waiting for the result the Gyn doctor tell me is 1 cm cyst and that is no cause to be alarm, I have horrible pelvic pain all the time and the bleeding during my period is pretty bad almost last for 8 days, plus now the pain is extending to my left leg.
What can I do should I get a second opinion because the doctor is telling me the cyst is NO the cause of my pain???!!
Somebody please advise me.

Thanks

Thank you so much for your advise, I will ask for an abdominal  MRI.

God bless.

Get a second opinion or an abdominal MRI or another ultrasound, this time of the uterus.  They should be finding something.  The gold standard would be an abdominal MRI.
