3 Thick walled irregular border small cysts

Hello I have had a 2nd TV scan repeated from November showing 3 thick walled irregular borders with increased blood flow small cysts all in one ovary.i am very scared.thick walls and increased blood flow from reading are all suspicious ? The cysts have not grown from novembers scan which only showed same enlarged ovary with heterogenous texture.does having increased blood flow to the cysts mean anything sinister or can benign cysts have this blood flow? Can anyone help me I have a follow up feb 9th Michelle xx

Ovarian cysts are common and almost always benign especially if you do not have a family history of ovarian cancer. Unfortunately, far too many women lose an ovary or ovaries for benign ovarian cysts causing permanent health problems and reduced quality of life.
