8 month old with ovarian cyst

Just an update on my daughter.  The mass detected by ultrasound twice and considered a "multiseptated cystic lesion" is now being called a "simple cyst" on the ovary after CT was performed on July 31.  We still need to see the Surgeon on August 18 to see course of action we will be taking.  Radiologist is thinking we may just have to watch and see what it does.  They haven't said whether it is fluid filled or solid.  Does anyone have any info on this?  Should this be our sigh of relief that it's nothing serious or can these things worsen?  Also I updated my journal with further info.
