Anechoic simple cyst in left ovary, the size is 5.1*3.4cm, is it normal?

I have anechoic simple cyst in left ovary, the size is 5.1*3.4cm. my monthly cycles are also delayed by 2months. Doctor suggested me, need to wait for 25 days. Doctor gave medicine for monthly cycle  which i have to take 5days after lunch and dinner. Is it possible to get back normal condition? Is the cyst will get shrink from this size?

Yes, it is possible for cysts to alter the cycle so it may explain your missed period. Of course, there are other things (besides pregnancy and cysts) that can alter the cycle.

Hopefully this cyst will do what most do and go away within a few cycles / months.

Thank you. Can you please help me with one more query. My monthly cycle is delayed by 2 months, I have done pregnancy  test 2 times and result is negative and even in sonography there is no evidence, Cyst is the reason for my delayed monthly cycle?

There is every possibility the cyst will shrink. 98% of ovarian cysts are benign.
