CA 125

Has anyone on here had a elevated CA125?  I am really concerned?

I answered your other post..but yes...a CA-125 can be elevated with benign cysts, endometriosis, pelvic infections and even for no known reason in women who are premenopausal.  I have run across many, many women who had elevated CA-125 and didn't have cancer.  

However, it is not something that should be ignored and dismissed.  Mine was only 61 and I did have Stage 1 ovca.  Women with even lower numbers or a normal CA-125 have also been diagnosed.  It is really important you get to a gyn/onc to get your cyst removed.  Best wishes!
