Is the 5x7.3cm cyst on your ovary? What is your doctor's recommendation?

Most ovarian cysts resolve on their own, no intervention needed. Did the report not specify the size of the cyst? Hepatomegaly is an enlarged liver. I don't know anything about the seriousness of that. Did the report indicate how enlarged it is compared to normal? I wouldn't think either condition would be related to tuberculosis.
