Chance of getting pregnant after removing ovarian cyst
Im 26 yr old..my husband and I been trying to get pregnant for about 2 yrs now..My 1st pregnancy was tubal and ended up loosing my right tube at 6th week. Again i got pregnant and had a miscarriage at 4th week..my progesterone level was very low...I was devastated !..Last april again i got pregnant and had a miscarriage at 5th week..I was diagnosed with a small 2.5cm dermoid cyst in my left ovary ( my good tube& ovary )..I just had my surgery to remove the cyst frm my ovary...I been trying to get pregnant since then but no luck...my periods are regular..never had any probs with that...I just wanted to know if there is anyone out there like me who went through the same situation and had the blessing of having a beautiful child : ( waiting eagerly for replies.
i know what you're going through as i wanna explode when i see a negative pregnancy test.
i had a cyst removed in April and have also been trying since then with no luck but have been advised that it takes time for your body to function normally again it may take up to a year before we fall prgenant but i feel that's just too long(i'll wait though ),i'm not sure if this will help just thought that you knowing that you're not alone would maybe put your mind at ease...
please keep me updated.
Thanks for sharing your story with me...wow i didnt know that it takes soo long ! but my doc said the healthy ovarian cells will take over and it will start functioning soon...its so frustrating every month when I see that neg preg test. Before the surgery i knew i was ovulating from my left ovary and i was getting pregnant. Now i dont even know that if im ovulating frm that side...Will keep you in my prayers..Dont loose hope : )
