Complex cyst, etc

I have a complex cyst on my left ovary and haven't had a period since sep 13... Three days ago, I started having slight bleeding only after urinating and stabbing pain that feels like it is going through the vagina to the rectum. Is this from the cyst, or does it sound like a UTI?

The pain can be due to urinary infection and a simple urine examination will make matters clear. Pain can also be due to ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, endometriosis etc. Also as you have missed your periods, the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy needs to be ruled out. Consult your Doctor for an evaluation.
