Complex cyst, going over seas in 1 day !

Hi was wondering if anyone has advise, I have been diagnosed with a 5cm complex cyst. The report from u/s says that the solid part could be focal fatty or focal heamatoma . And to go back in 12 weeks to see if it is still constant and if it is it will most likely be a dermoid cyst rather then a focal haemorrhage. Now I'm going to new Zealand in 1 day for a week. I couldn't get into my regular doctor so went to see a random doctor that said I should postpone my trip. And I didn't feel as though he explained what was going on so I went to another doctors in tears and asked if there was someone that could explain the report. They were lovely and I got into se a doctor straight away. He said I was fine to go for a week explaining the worse that could happen in that time was it to rupture and I feel a bit more pain for 2 days.
I am in some discomfort and pain at the moment and had my periods 2 weeks apart and I al normally regualar. The 2nd period was a week before I started getting pain resulting in me having an ultrasound. Any tips about this would be awesome as I am still confused ! What happens if it ruptures ? If I can put up with the pain do I wait till I'm home or go to a hospital in new Zealand ?
Thank you so much for commenting :)

Welcome to the community. The one doctor's recommendation to not travel did seem extreme. Cyst ruptures can be quite painful (although I have not personally experienced a rupture). If your pain becomes severe while you are gone and you don't have effective pain meds, it would seem reasonable to go to a New Zealand ER. Also, 12 weeks seems a bit long to wait for another ultrasound. 6 to 8 weeks seems to be the norm with a complex cyst this size. It may go away on its own but it could grow rather quickly too.

Hope your trip goes well in spite of this cyst.

Also the first doctor said I should go to a gyno and the second doctor said he wouldn't worry about it because they will say they same as the ultrasound report (come back in 12 weeks )
