Cyst ruptured today at 10 am, it's now 3 am

When my cyst ruptured the pain start decreasing about 45 minutes later. It's still very uncomfortable. It's now 3 am,  I'm dizzy, nauseous, i feel weak, feeling slightly more pain than I was the last few hours and a weird numb feeling keeps setting over my body, especially over my abodmen and arms. I'm freaked out, should I go back to the hospital? Or is this relatively normal?
