Dear sir please solve my problem. In my right ovary a cystic sol size 5.86cmx5.81cm. These may be cured by medicine . Or the operation may have to . It would not have nothing to fear . Please help me sir.

Sorry you are dealing with this! So it is a cystic solid mass? Is there any other information on the imaging report such as septations, nodules, papillary projections, thick/thin walls? It's possible it will resolve on its own but there is no guarantee. Is your doctor going to do another scan to see if it's growing or shrinking?
