Does a free fluid is seen within the cul de sac means I am bleeding if I am pregnant and have ten week and they found myomas measuring 5.2cm

I went to hospital to emergency room because I had a blood spot and had ten week pregnancy.  The doctor check my uterus and it was close and the heart beat of the baby was 171.  He send me to do sonogram endovaginal which it was painful the way the technician perform it.  She said that if I have ovary because she couldn't find them.  After 40 minutes she gave up and send me.  THen the doctor said I just had a urine infection and send me home to rest.  THe endovaginal sonogram said that I had small amount of free fluid is seen within the cul de sac and that I have at least 2 uterine hypoechoic solid uturn in myomas measuring 2.6c, x 2.1cm and 5.2cm x 4.8 x 4.1cm.  After this vigourous sonogram I began with a lot of pain and I thought maybe it was the urine infection so a took medication.(uretron and netrofurantoin.  Then next morning at 5am I started bleeding a lot and had a misscarge.  I would like to know if the endovaginal sonogram could have induce my miscarrge.  I am perfectly healty 42 years and it was my first baby the dad is 34 years and doesnt smoke and drink.

I'm so sorry that you have gone through a miscarriage.  I don't know how to answer your questions.  If you go back to the home page there is a forum for miscarriages.  Hopefully someone there can help you.  The community side is on the left and the Expert (doctor) side is on the right.  They may not have one on that side.  Check it out.   How in the world did you get to the Ovarian Cancer Forum?  Good luck to you and I hope the next time you will go full term!!!  Cindy
