HELP

I am 41 years old and have had endometriosis for years....i have been cramping for over 2 months straight, then was 21 days late for my period and then it started and everytime I go to bathroom I am passing 50 cent sized clots. Last week I had a sono and it shows cysts on right ovary and fibroid on lower uterus....any ideas?
