I'm wondering if anyone could give me some advice regarding my hair thinning following surgery for removal of a large ovarian cyst (20cms). My ovary was removed and its now 4 months since my operation but I've noticed my hair has thinned out considerably, evrytime I touch my hair, wash ot brush it a huge amount of hair is lost. Im quite depressed about it so any help you can give would be gratefully received. Hel001.
Hair loss may not be directly related to the ovarian cysts. Hair thinning or hair fall can be because of under nutrition, vitamin deficiencies, stress, disorders of the scalp like dandruff etc. Consult your Doctor. Hope this helps.
Take care and good luck.
