I have had another scan to see why ever month I'm in so much pain and it has come back the dermoid hasemt grownuch at all but I have bleed into the other cyst wot does this mean
Thankyou I hope it does go iv had it 3 months so I doubt it :( but maybe it will but I still have to have that dermoid and I don't want open surgery they said I gave to

Dermoids may not grow at a fast pace, but nevertheless it is best to consider removal. The bleeding inside the other cyst indicates that it is a haemorrhagic cyst and this can be a corpus luteal cyst which can resolve on its own. Functional cysts of the ovary have a tendency to resolve on its own. Consult your Doctor.
