How Big Does Your Cyct Have To Be to Actually Burst?

I had surgery for a burst ovarian cyst 4 weeks ago. It had grown to football sized (I didn't know it was there despite being slim- I was pregnant however which confused things). I think they can get much larger  without bursting, It would depend on the individual (how much room is available) and what type of cyst it is I imagine?

There is no set size. When they burst you know it!!  very painful.  Myne were smaller than a golf ball when they burst

A cyst can burst at any size. Usually they are simple cysts though. It is rare for a complex cyst to rupture. Do you think your cyst ruptured??
