Hypoechoic lession
I have a 1.6 cm hypoechoic lesion versus complex left ovarian cyst what does that mean?

So do you have a cyst on both ovaries? One being hypoechoic and the other complex? The cyst itself is small and hypoechoic lesion are usually benign as are most cysts.

What else was written on the report? What did your doctor say? What made you get the ultrasound to begin with, pain?
