I have a Ovarian Cyst categorised as Teratoma/Dermoid

I have done sonography and report says-
A 10.8 x 10.5 x 7.5 cm sized well defined complex cystic lesion is seen in the right adnexa. It shows interna; septae within it. A hyoerechogenic component is seen within it. No obvious calcification or vascularity is seen. Both Ovaries are not seen separately. Minimal free fluid is seen in pelvis.

Impression:
A weel defined complex right adnexa with internal septae & hyperechogenic component. This most likely complex lesion of ovarian origin. POssibily pf teratoma needs consideration. Minimal free fluid is seen in pelvis.

I have conducted few blood test - CA 125 and Alpha Feto protein- which is normal.
I have attached my MRI report as well... Kindly see and suggest what is the possibilty and how serious is this?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Ovarian teratoma is a type of germ cell tumour. Mature teratoma is often called a dermoid cyst. It is removed with surgery and the condition is then cured. For malignant teratomas, usually, surgery is followed by chemotherapy. But in your case, since CA 125 is normal, it looks normal.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thanks Bhupinder for your valuable review.

The strange part is I have no such symptoms and suffering with no pain or anything. Germ Cell tumour can lead to cancer or what???
