I went

I went to the doctor like everyone was saying.
He said that I possibley have a diseased ovary, he didn’t tell me what that was so what is it? He said that he may need to take it out. He put me on the Y.A.Z birth control and for about two weeks. But if it was diseased would the birth control even help it?
My period was 4 or 5 days late he said that if I didn’t start my period by Sunday then I needed to call him. I called him Saturday night and told him that I don’t think that I was going to start and that the pain got worse and he told me to take 4 200mg of  Ibuprofen every four hrs so is that too much to take?
So about three days later I called him again and told him that the Ibuprofen it was not
Working and he proscribed me something else it was Tortel I think that’s how you spell it.
And isn’t the Ibuprofen for imflamation? Why would I need to take it when  I checked me out he said that It wasn’t big or anything. Also he said that if he went back in they would have to take something out he never said what the something was, I think that’s would be my left ovary
Why can’t he do another Laparoscopy?
So I left massage on the phone saying that I just want it out but he called back saying that he wants to wait and see if the birth control works or not. It’s been going on for about 6 months now.
Something along the lines of my age and the risks what are the risks?
I know that it will prob make it hard to have kids and I might have to take supplements everyday I just don’t want this anymore and the pain *****.
I’ve talked to my mom and she said to do what ever I have to do
So can I please get some advice?
Thanks Ju Ju

All your questions need to be addressed by a doctor.  Write all of them down.  If I were you, I'd get a 2nd opinion from another gynecologist.

Good luck to you and take care.
