Incision infected?

Wondering if this looks infected to you ladies?  I have no other symptoms, but this is the only incision that is red in this way.

Thanks!

There is minor infection. The body can often resolve this degree of infection on it's own. Apply topical bacitracin several times a day, and if the area of redness increases see a physician. Diet for the next few days and keep blood glucose levels down.

That is tiny! *jealous*
Looks fine to me, some redness is to be expected. Watch out for odour and discharge though.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
