Incision leaking 2 months later?

I had a laparoscopic surgery back on January 27th to remove a large endometrioma from my left ovary.  Everything is going well and I am pretty much healed and back to normal.  Then today I scratched near my belly button and felt something sticky.  When I took a look, it looks like inside my belly button could maybe be a little infected?  It is a little red, but there is a foul smelling discharge coming from my belly button.  I guess it's slightly infected?  Is this normal, this long after surgery?  Any suggestions what I should do to clean it?  I'm thinking alcohol or polysporin?  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks!

You should have your doctor or his nurse take a look at it.
