Laprascopy and weight
Hi
I have a 10cm cyst on my ovary i am booked in for laprascopic in a week. My worry is that i am overweight so they wont do the surgery
According to the hospital nurse i passed my preasessment and they will go ahead with the surgery.
Has any other overweight ladies had it done?

How did you go with you surgery?
I'm a big girl (200 pounds/100 kilos) and had mine done a week ago without any issues. My main recovery issue has been my big tummy. With my stomach being quite big and soft it moves around a lot when I move which tends to irritate my belly button keyhole site.
Apart from that I haven't had any weight related issues with having a very large cyst removed.
