Long term side effects

Hi I am 26 and I am scheduled to have my left ovary removed tomorrow. I wanted to know from women in their fifties and sixties if there have been any long term effects from having one removed. Like for instance early osteoporosis or early menopause. Things that the doctors might not of thought of on their own. I would also like to hear from women that haven't had any issues. Thank you so much and God Bless!

All the information out there states that you can live a normal healthy life with one ovary.  The remaining one will supply the hormones you need with no health consequences.
