Looking for advice?

I have never been actually diagnosed with ovarian cysts but I positive I get them. I havnt had insurance for quite a while now so I havnt seen a obgyn. So almost every month, half way through my cycle (right now) I get a sharp pain in my lower pelvic region. It radiates down into my rectom and sitting causes pain, standing cuases pain, and I cant walk enless I dont stand up straight.  It trigers my IBS sometimes when it is a very painful one, and I have even had times where I felt like I was having full blown menstrual cramps. This usually lasts a whole day, sometimes a dull pain in the day b4 and after, and sometimes a headache involved as well.   I also have bladder issues, I Always pee like a pregnant lady. In the morning, after coffee I can pee 15 minutes after drinking it. Sometimes its painful to urinate durring the "cysts" as well.  Intercourse is impossible durring those couple days as well.   About a year ago I had a doctor who insisted that I get a pelvic ultra sound. I had it done, and still have the $1500 bill haunting me. But my results can back "normal", but I know that I am not.  I get very painful menses as well, to the point where I vomit if I dont keep my pain under control with 1500 mg of Tylenol and some anti nausea meds. So I guess what no question is, should I get no ultra sound reports and take them to a gyno?   Do these cysts and other issues make it hard to conceive a child? Is there anything other than ovarian cyst that I could be having?

Hello love,
I know how hard it can be to not have insurance. It sound to me like you having the same kinda pain that is associated with a ovarian cyst. Tho you are also talking about Bladder problems. For about 2 yrs I had this bladder problem where i would have to urinate all the time , but when I did and afterward it would burn sooooo badly. I never had a UTI, just these painful urine attacks. I finally started doing my own research and went to Emory in atlanta , and had my urethra stretched. Wow it was day and night for me. The pain from your bladder is so similar to pain like an ovarian cyst. Trust me I know. But My cysts also cause bladder irritation. If you have endometriosis sp? it can actually grow on your bladder. It also Killed me to have sex. I mean really painfull. I dont know I am not a doctor, I know doctors are expensive and can give you the run around. My advice is to tackle each thing one at a time!  Good Luck!

I forgot to add that I had an MRI done in January on my lumbar spine and it shows a Tarlov cyst (not your typical cyst) in my S2 region in my spinal canal, this  could be pressing on nerves causing a neurogenic bladder.  The MRI said nothing about my girl regions but that wasnt why I had an MRI
