Marble sized clots
I have had P.C.O.S since i was 18, had very irregular periods (none in 2 yrs) I now have a perfectly regular flow after losing weight.
Every time I have a period I get marble sized clots throughout the 7 days could this be down to P.C.O.S or something else? With these I get pains on my left side of my stomach, and a slight fever.

Having clots during your period is normal.  It is the lining of the uterus shedding.  The pain could be due to that or you could possibly have an ovarian cyst.  Have you talked to your gynecologist about this?  If not, that would be your bet.  You could request a transvaginal ultrasound.  That will give the tech a good look at your ovary.  Good luck and please keep us posted on how you are doing.
