Multiple follicles in both ovaries

hi. i am 27 years old and got married 6 months ago. i am trying to conceive. my periods have been irregular since i was 15. my onset of periods was age 14. my period comes one and a half months late but not each month this happens. sometimes they get irregular and come after 45 days-50 days. i made many ultrasounds but the reports remained clear each time.
just after my marriage i made an ultrasound and it was forund that there are numerous multiple follicles in my both ovaries suggesting them to be polycystic. my right ovary is enlaged measuring 37mm * 27mm and my left ovary is normal measuring 35mm *20mm. no cyst or mass seen in both ovaries. my endometrium measures 6mm thickness. no free fluid seen in POD. my uterous in retroverted in position and is normal. no polyp or fibroid seen in uterous..

now i want to know from u that can i conceive and produce baby with polycystic ovaries, right enlaged and left normal with multiple follicles? is there any treatment for it. what should be done then? any precaucians taken? can i get pregnant?

Hello,

My Uterus is retroverted with normal shape and size (3.5cm * 6.5 cm). Myometrial echotexture is homogeneous. No focal mass or classification is seen within myometrium. Endometrial stripe is 11.8 mm thick.
Both ovaries appear to be normal sized (right ovarian volume: 10.5cc; left ovarian volume: 10.3cc). Multiple small follicles are seen at the periphery of both ovaries (10 in each ovary). Stromal echogenicity is increased bilaterally.
Urimary Bladder is adequately distended with regular outline & echofree lumen.

Impression :- Findinds are sugg of PCOD. To be co-related with biochemical parameters.

Please suggest me and tell me about this report. I am not able to understand this report. Also I had sex in the month of june but now my period hasn't come. I had pregnancy test twice through (I-Can and QuickTest) that was negative. Then why my period hasn't come. Please let me know whether I can conceive or not.

The condition is called polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and there are treatments.  The ladies on the PCOS forum may be more enlightening on how they have managed with this and how they were treated.
