Ovarian Cyst Image

Okay, so I just posted an image that supposedly was just measuring the length of my right ovary. This image is supposedly measuring the one ovarian cyst I have on that same ovary. Does this look like a regular old cyst, even with that little blob down in the bottom left corner? My report never even mentioned the nature of the cyst or any sort of follow up plans. My gp didn't even know and hasn't seen the images. I had to request the images to get actual measurements, etc. And then there is no real information on the report.

Does this image make sense when comparing it to the other image of the same ovary with all the other black blobs on it? LOL

My GP totally blew me off, but I just want to make sure this is okay.
