Ovarian Cyst and severe Diarrhea for 9 days

Hi, ive been having abdominal and back pain for 2 1/2 weeks. 9 days ago i starting having severe diarrhea. I went to family dr 5 days ago. He ran blood and said I have a CRP of 7.4 (was .5, 1 month ago). Had a ct done 3 days ago and they said the only findings was a cyst on my left ovary.  My question is, can an ovarian cyst cause this much pain and diarrhea? I have lost 4 lbs ( I only weigh 113 normally).  I have a appt with Fam dr tomorrow. Not sure what size the cyst is, but I can feel a lump on my left side.

I went to the doctor because of severe nausea, diarrhea, and stomach pain. I was finally, after a month of hell, diagnosed with a 3.5 cm cyst on my left ovary. My symptoms mimicked stomach flu. I also get severe bloating. I had a partial hysterectomy in dec, and they told me they also removed a cyst from left ovary at the same time. So from dec till now I've grown another. I'm also starting to have the same kind of stabbing, spasmy pain on my right side. I'm 39 and have 3 kids.  Going to see surgeon this week. I can't take this anymore, nor do I  want to go through this again. I've been off work for a month bc of this. I recovered From vag hysterectomy in 2 weeks. I'm asking to have my ovaries removed and just be done with it.

I also wonder if this could be endometriosis?  May ask your doctor.

I'm sorry you haven't gotten a response.  I'm not sure about a cyst causing diarrhea...mine caused constipation. They can cause a lot of pain, especially if they are large.  The diarrhea and feeling unwell could explain weight loss.  I hope you got some answers from your doctor.  Keep us posted.
