Ovarian Cyst problems

I'm 16 and a few months ago I had an ovarian cyst rupture and since then I've had random, sharp stabs of pain in that left ovarian area along with sharp headaches, backaches, and also sharp stabs of pain in my anus. A few nights ago, my ovarian area was burning for a few hours as if icy hot had been applied and all of the other pain is still occurring daily and is very frustrating.

I want another trans. ultrasound but last time my hospital bill was really high and I don't want to put my dad in an even worse financial position. Should I go to the hospital anyway or will it go away? And if it has anything to do with this, my sister has PCOS (is it hereditary?)

Other Recent Problems:
-Heavy Periods
-The slightest pressure gives me a headache--from wearing headbands or headphones to getting up out of bed too quickly.
-Bowel Movements are half diarrhea and half make me feel as though I'm giving birth. ( I have bowel movements every few days)
-Annoying pressure as though I need to urine after showers and urination.
-Warm, acidic feeling in chest and throat while laying down.

I never got info on how large it was. I was just prescribed a birth control and sent home the next day. I just keep seeing posts about extra fluid that turns into an infection and I don't want an infection, but I also don't want to go if it's not necessary. I guess it couldn't hurt to go.

How big was your cyst?  Mine usually ruptures when they reach 2cm.  I've dealth with like 3-4 ruptures in the past 5 years.  I went to ER for the first couple - all that they gave me was morphine for pain management.  I stopped going thereafter.  It usually takes 3-4 days for my body to absorb the fluids.

I just had a rupture last Friday - I happened to be in my GI docs office.  He was freaked out when he examined me because my belly was extremely tender.  And he called for an urgent CT scan thinking I had appendititis or acute pancreatitis.  It turned out that they found some free fluid in my tummy and an ovarian cyst left. My belly looks like I'm pregnant and I can see veins popping out.  I'm sure it will all be gone in a few more days.

But if your cyst if very big, then you need to be seen by a doctor, because you could potentially get adhesions in your tummy.  You are too young for that!
