Ovarian cyst
Please help me I m very worried n horrified I don't knw wht should I do ... My report please tell me in simple words wht it says I mean should I have to go for surgery or wht to do ...
On transvaginal ultrasound
Uterus measure 76*35*47mm normal contour and endometrium 06mm thick
Right ovary 25*13mm
Left ovary 24*18mm a biloculated thin walled smooth outline cyst measuring in total 67*39mm (each locule measures 46*51mm and 32*27mmseen in left adnexal area
No debris or solid component.
On transvaginal ultrasound

No debris or solid component.
Adnexa large 90x32mm in size fluid filled bilocular cystic mass appears to be ovarian cyst/mesentric/omental/para ovarian cyst found inpelvis is mainly on right&left side
To me that means you have a simple ovarian cyst. When there is no solid component, it is a normal cyst filled with liquid and should resolve in time.
