Ovarian cyst

I found out I have an ovarian cyst on my right side. Can ovarian cysts cause loose bowels or the feeling to having to go to the bathroom after I eat something or drink coffee or are they 2 separate things? We have started to eat healthier so I'm not eating junk food. But I find that when I eat something, my right side aches and the feeling of having to go to the bathroom happens. Anyone experience this or have any answers?? Thanks!

Hi,  I have ovarian cysts and I totally understand what you are going through.  I have the  diarrhea thing and it is disgusting.  Sorry for being so directly honest.   But I am in agony for several days during my period.   My symptoms are upset stomach, bloating (feel like air is  trapped in my stomach) pelvic pain,  and nausea..    The nausea is so bad, especially when I am doing the diarrhea.   Sometimes it looks like popcorn floating in the toilet....I also have a lot of burping that I just can't stop.

If the cyst is quite large,  it could cause some bowel symptoms. Mine caused pressure and a constant feeling of needing to go. However, I had more constipation than diarrhea.  How large is the cyst?
