PCOS no period for 13 months

I also have PCOS and stopped having periods 13 months ago!?! Before I had them every month sometimes it'd follow my GF's cycle but it did always come! Onto of the no period I have also gained an enormous amount of weight for my size! 30lbs in just the past year, I had never passed 105lbs prior to my periods stopping. Is this related? Am I in early menopause? I am 28, it started when was 27, few sexual partners no stds & haven't had sexual encounter in 11 months bc like the other girls my drive has left the building!!?! I am super scared and need help! I have no insurance so I don't know what to do but something needs to be fixed I'm sure. Will the weight gain reverse once treated or am I doomed forever now?

Hello and welcome to the community. Sorry yo hear of your current situation. It sounds like the absence of your menstrual cycle is serious whereas you need to see a doctor. With no health insurance, are there any local clinics in your area that offer free services? Or any medical centers that offer services at controlled costs? I used to work at a rehab where most clients did not have insurance, and there were several major medical facilities that offered free services during certain days/hours of the week. I know there are mixed feelings out there about Planned Parenthood, but they have regular clinics that offer gynecological services at lower costs as well.

I meant to say 'ONTOP' of the no period....
Also I have never taken any form of birth control ever. And had unprotected sexual encounter with the two BFs over past 12 years. Never been pregnant either. So was I already infertile? Can I lose the weight or will it keep adding on bc I have PCOS? I don't know what to do and am very scared something awful is going on inside of me like I'm bleeding but not coming out!? Freaked out please help! Thanks again kaysi 28yrs old
