PMS & HPV

For the past year, I often experience PMS twice per month. Each cycle usually lasts anywhere from 3 days (light spotting) to 10+ days (heavy flow). I often experience both types of cycles during a one month time frame. I am 35 years old with HPV and ovarian cysts. Why does this occur? Should I be worried about my fertility &/or pre-menopause at this age?

Irregular bleeding alternate light and heavy needs immediate attention. This can be because of endometrial hyperplasia, ovarian cysts etc. Treatment depending on the cause will help regularise cycles. It should not affect your fertility or age of menopause. Consult your Doctor.
