Pain after ovarian cysts removal

Hi, I had my right ovary and tube removed a year ago. Know I'm experiencing light pain in my right side. Can anyone relate to this after a year of surgery? Thanks.

Adhesions (scar tissue) could have formed which can cause pain. An ovarian remnant is also a possibility. And if you have endometriosis, that may be the cause of the pain. Hopefully, your doctor can determine the cause.
