Painful intercourse

I found out I had a cyst a few months ago on my right ovary. I forgot to go back for my follow ultrasound due to my mom dying and some other things happening in my life. I ended up making a drs Apt but can't get in until the end of this month. Lately I've felt really dizzy...and tired. My period I had last month twice and then again this month it was kind of light with very few clots (sorry if tmi) but it didn't look like a regular period. I am not pregnant I got checked when I went the er for the dizziness. They took blood, and urine. Not sure what they tested for but it all same back normal they said. My period ended two days ago. Last night during intercourse if felt like my husband got something (which I assume is cervix due to the way we were "grinding" ) anyway I started bleeding afterwards and it hasn't stopped I was in a little pain this am but has gone away. I guess my concern is that the cyst is still there and may be the cause for dizziness etc. I've never had one so I'm concerned . Sorry if this was a little all over the place. I have so much I'm trying to say in one paragraph. Thank you for any help anyone may have due to a similar situation.
