Please i need your opinion...Having all the pregnancy symptoms,2 day light bleeding (5 days late), sore/pressure abdominal/thighs/lower back.....but neg test...

Ok well i thought i could be pregnant. 2 days beofre my period was due i had nausea 3 times a day, headaches everyday, im very fatigue, i take 2 naps a day, and mild cramping. Well i didnt start on the 23 when i was suppose to. I started bleeding on the 29 light like a light period (no spotting heavier than that) there was small clots one the size of  a dime or so, wh cramping and it was red. It only lasted 2 days. Im done bleeding and its the 31st. both days were light. I normally have 3 days REALLY heavy and 2 days light. Now that im done bleeding i experience pressure from my abdomin (abdomen) to my rectal area, when i push to go to the bathroom it feels sore and pressure like. Im getting twinges of sharp not intense pains here and there with certain movement especially when i brought my knees to my chest last night to see if it would hurt. My lower back has a dull ache and my upper thighs feels sore as well as my abdomin (abdomen). Im having mood swings too. You would htink im preggo but i tested this morning and it was neg. Is this a cyst? Should i go to the ER? i dont have insurance so would like to avoid it. I really am nervous. I know something is wrong i can feel it. I had a baby 6 months ago, if that makes a difference.

oh i had an ectopic 2 years ago and part of my tube bursted, similar feelign with the pressure and soreness but i havent experienced any severe or anything really painful. And my pregnancy test was negative.

I doesn't sound like an ER type emergency.  It could be a cyst or one  that is resolving after your period.  No real way to know without a gyn exam and an ultrasound.
