Recovery from Laparoscopic surgery

I had surgery yesterday to remove two cysts, one the size of a baseball and the other was just starting out. They also removed some scar tissue. My questions are: I am in a ton of pain and all they gave me was ibuprofen and tramadol. Is this normal for a surgery like this? It doesn't seem to help at all and when I called today to make my follow up appt with the doc in two weeks he said I can take two tramadol if the pain is bad but he won't refill it until my follow up and I will run out before that... I think that's a little extreme but I've never had surgery before so I don't know what to expect. Also, I cleaned the three incisions today for the first time using dial soap and as soon as I was done I got extremely light headed and felt very sick to my stomach and thought I was gonna pass out so I laid down and started getting really bad stomach cramps,  was it too soon to clean it? I also can't have a bowel movement even though I feel like I really need to go. Should I be taking a stool softener? The doc is of no help and barely gave me instructions on after care. I'm nervous and have no where to turn for help. Thanks in advance for any feedback. I'm regreting ever having this surgery in the first place.

I would call the hospital where you had the surgery.  I just haf mine today and am also sore, though bwforw I left they gave me 3 doses of morohine and an rx for percocet, and anti nausea and ibuprofen.   Ibtold them I needed something stronger than vicodin.  Im not a pill taker, they make me nauseous, but im a bigger gal and the other stuff does nothing for me for pain.  Tell yhem you want something stronger you shouldn't have to be in pain.  if your doctor won't and you call the hospital and they don't have any suggestions I would go to the emergency room and let them know what is happening and that you are in a lot of pain maybe they will be able to give you something
