Ruptured Cyst & Swollen Lymph nodes

two months ago i have some ruptured cyst and seek medical attention for it. Shortly after some lymph nodes appear around my neck and under my chin that is solid. It have been two months now since the appearance of the nodes and they don't seem to be going. my doctor took several test including hplv 1 and everything came back normal.
