Size Matters!

What is the size of a normal ovary? And do they vary in size in proportion to breast sizes?

I got those measurements from the sono they did three weeks ago I am going to get the new sono results for my self today. So I can see if anything has changed or not. I know something is not right with my body because I am in pain but I dont know what is wrong with me and niether does my doctor. Its so frustrating not to know. And now I have to wait three weeks to see my new doctor, I hate waiting and I hate not feeling well. Also I have been so tired the past week and a half two weeks its crazy I have been falling asleep like when my kids do at 8:30, but then of course I cant stay asleep because I hurt.

My right ovary is larger than my left, but both of my ovaries are larger than normal. I don't have the measurements on hand, but they are a lot bigger than above. The reason mine were so big is because the cysts were INSIDE the ovary, and the right ovary had more cysts. These cysts were not shown on an MRI or the ultrasounds. Only found during lap.

I have a question my right ovary is measured at 2.7 x 2.6 x 2.9cm and my left at 2.5 x 2.9 x 1.7. mine seem to be normal but my right one according to the measurements you have up there seems to be too thick. I do tend to get alot more cyst on my right ovary, is there any thing to be concerned about if its too thick? Do you think there is a connection of having a thicker ovary and having cyst rupture on that ovary? Just let me know.
Thank you.

"The normal adult ovary measures approximately 3-5 cm in length, 1.5-3 cm in width, and 0.5-1.5 cm in thickness; however, ovarian size is reported more often in terms of volume, or length × width ×  thickness ×  0.523. Normal ovarian volume in the menstruating females is 5-15 mL, with an approximate mean of 10 mL; however, measurements as high as 22 mL have been reported in normal ovaries."

There is no connection between ovary size and breast size.
