Transvaginal ultrasound result

My TVS result is abnormalities in my left ovary is a cystic structure measuring 1.84x1.98x1.78 cm, unilocular, thin-walled with a daughter cyst noted in its inferomedical pole, suggestive of a dominant follicle. Please advise.

Hi! thank you so much for the response. I seek a gynecologist yesterday and she told me that there is nothing to worry about it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
The cystic structure that you have mentioned is very small and this needs to be interpreted with reference to the day of the menstrual cycle. If it is the dominant follicle then it will regress after ovulation. Also functional cysts of the ovary also regress spontaneously. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.
Hope this helps.
